Great team as far as their service department and the body shop. Body shop is top notch. The sales guys know I'm happy with my challenger and just comment on how beautiful it is. Accessories person never got a hold of me about what I asked many times now. That is only the big disappointment for me.
ALWAYS YOU MEET SERVICE REP., HE MORE THAN FRIENDLY. INFORMATIVE, TOLD COUPLE JOKES ,MADE ME FEEL REAL COMFORTABLE. THINKN I'LL RETURN JUST BECAUSE OF 1ST WAVE OF GREETINGS. NOONE TRIED TO FORCE ME TO BUY ANY CAR ,BUT GAVE ME MUCH INFORMATION ABOUT GETTING NEW CAR THERE.
Decent selection. Helpful staff. Only down fall, they were over booked in service department and couldn't get us in when we needed to be.
I recently purchased a used Ford f150 (still paid 40,000$), I have come to realize that companies going that extra mile is a thing of the past...BUT, for 40000$ you think that the truck would have been cleaned, vacuumed and even maybe the gas tank fill when I picked up my truck but nope. None of the above was done. What happened to customer service or companies going that extra mile? Is it really a thing of the past?
Well satisfied, only a oil and filter change.I just stopped by and they got me right in and on my way in 30 mintes or less. Thank You guy's in the Service Dept.
