It's a good car wash if you pay with cash. I used my debit card and spent $5 but my account was changed $15. I called the number and no answer. I left a message but I'm sure no one will make it right. Use quarters and you'll be fine.
Very disappointed. Car is not close to clean from the 7 dollar auto .
They do a great job and the customer service is great
I only needed a minimum hand wash to knock the Oklahoma dust off my rental car and found that for 1.75, I got all I needed plus some. It's the only car wash in Belton that I know of where you can use your debit or credit card in the individual bays. This eliminates the need to carry a bucket of quarters or to iron out separate 1.00 dollar bills so that they will fit, and actually work, in the change machines. There are changes machines though in case you need to use it and of course you have the option to use change as well. But, it's great to have the choice. I noticed that there are a variety of essential wash items – sponges, rags, scents, etc. to complete your wash experience of needed. The vacuums are located in front of each bay and I believe you do need change for those to work. It would take a whole bunch of credit card readers to have one at every single station at a car wash so it’s understandable that it’s built that way. Besides – if you only have a 100.00 dollar bill and need to break it down and it’s way after hours, you can always take a short walk across the street and buy something in Hy-Vee. Have a snack while your kids wash your car then. lol
One of the all purpose cleaner machines took 2 dollars from me and the return coin thing didnt work. (How convient) i called the number provided on the door 4 times, 3 of which got declined by the idiot that has to answer the phone for a living. Pathetic. I have been going to this place for years, never again now. But they probably don't care since they seem to not care about this car wash anyways.
