I took my three year old (at the time) here because I knew he was having issues with balance and coordination. He was quite the clumsy little boy but more so than the average 3 year old. He also had a lazy eye that I was aware of since he was a baby that was not getting any better. I found Innovative Vision Care through my insurance list of providers. I checked with competing eye places and none of them would do the eye exam for a three year old. They all recommended I go through Children's Mercy which was a huge inconvenience dealing with them. I called Innovative Vision Care and they were so friendly and booked me an appointment for that next week. Our experience with them was very professional and they were so patient with my little boy. Dr. Law was very professional and patient and works very well with my boy. My little boy ended up needing a pretty strong prescription of glasses and is a much happier and functional little kid as a result. They worked with us and I couldn't be happier with them. I liked them so much that I ended up getting my own eyes checked. It's hard sometimes to find a business with such a good and friendly staff. With Innovative Vision Care, that is what you get, professional, friendly, patience, understanding. I am very thankful that we went to Innovative Vision Care and I am thankful that my kid can see the world around him so much better now. Thank You!

I actually ended up at Innovative Vision Care by accident due to another appointment falling through. However, I'm so glad that happened. I usually dread going to the eye doctor. Going here was like a breathe of fresh air. Such friendly staff, nice clean environment, very helpful information, very affordable, good explanations, and Dr. Law is Great!!! Such a wonderful experience. Sometimes things happen for a reason when things don't work out the first time. You will be in good hands here!
I am a raving fan of the entire staff!!! Absolutely the best customer service I've ever experienced. They are very friendly and take to time to explain all your needs. Every time I leave the theme song from "Cheers" pops into my mind because there is "where everybody knows your name".
