During my visits I had asked the girl at the counter (Amber) several times about billing to make sure I didn't receive some large bill after my visits and she could never help me. She claimed to be not involved in the billing. Then comes the bill 2 months of service later and Amber(the girl at the front desk) has all the answers and follows everything with you should have known statements. Save yourself the headache and ask to be referred somewhere else.
The therapists are great! However when it comes to billing save yourself the scam and go somewhere else. This company doesn't seem to be able to answer any questions until you receive a bill for 2 months of service. They have you sign an agreement up front and say you are covered 100%. They claim that they have it approved through your insurance for this 100% until you have a bill come in the mail. Now mind you I'm happy to pay when people are up front and honest with me. The ridiculous and scamming part of it was the with holding of the information or acting like it was all taken care of.
Very knowledgeable and personable therapist who are willing to work around your schedule. They are amazing!
