She gets about 20 welfare checks in other peoples names. I was expecting mail and she went ballistic on me for checking the mailbox that all my mail was going to. I had several checks that just went missing. The sender had to send them to a different address. Do not trust this lady. Very evil person, Jan Bandstra is the owner. She told me her deceased husband was the biggest meth cook in Belton. The police have her back even when I had proof she stole, they did nothing. She told me they were in her back pocket when we first met, she knew what she was going to do from the beginning. The liquor store is just a front for what "they" claim is a motel, to protect her. However, there is no front desk person, no phones in rooms or maids that clean...well, her 300-lb friend lives there permanently (shhh, its a motel remember?) she manages pretty darn well on disability, Jan talks terrible about her, that was sad.

SO BE CAREFUL, IT'S A FILTHY LIQUOR STORE INSIDE...BEST USE DRIVE THROUGH. DON'T BOTHER CALLING THE POLICE IF SHE STEALS YOUR BELONGING.
The owner is a psycho. She lies, stole from me after telling me to take care of myself and not to worry about paying her, when I tried to pay her money for back rent in some cheap, ran down old motel rooms behind her liquor store. She is a nasty old woman. I had to rent from her when my husband was in hospital for 18 months. We had lost our home. She conned me totally. She is a professional con artist is all. She only rents to meth heads who she lets deal out of the old Dutchmans Inn. When I called the police on a drug dealer, I thought I was helping her but I quickly learned that they were her bread & butter. She handwrote a phoney bill and had ME removed 2 days later. Knowing she was stealing everything my husband and I had left. She is a cold hearted woman. Her own kids, 7 of them, say she stole from them too. She told me that herself.
