This morning, however, we were devastated to learn that they somehow messed up our wheelchair lift to where it wouldn't function at all. They didn't even work on the wheelchair lift so it should be fine. I called to complain, unsurprisingly no one was available because they were in a meeting. When they finally called back, I demanded that they be responsible for coming out to Lenexa and picking the bus up and fixing the lift free of charge as we had already wasted our time, gas, and effort multiple times. The GM said he would figure something out and call me back 15 minutes later. Shocker, he did not call back. In fact we learned from other employees that he went to lunch and had meeting. We had call twice to get someone to tell us what was going on and the service manager was very dismissive. I'm not surprised that no one communicated this issue to the rest of the staff, but you would think that after all the problems we had, they would go "above and beyond" or out of their way to make us happy. We don't want any sympathy and pity just because we are in wheelchairs and had to scrounge to find almost $5K to throw at our bus. We want to be treated fair and courteous- sounds so simple doesn't it?

Unfortunately, we had the worst possible experience with them. I don't know what it was, but if anything could go wrong, it did go wrong. I am the director of a non-profit day service provider for adults with severe disabilities. We brought our wheelchair-accessible bus in to get some things worked on; a new muffler, brake check, some A/C work, etc. Not only did they take over a month to finish, they charged us more than double the initial estimate. We don't have a lot of money. I feel they took advantage of us at every opportunity. It took them forever to return phone calls. Management never even answered their phone, I always had to leave a message, almost as if they were screening. I even tracked down their CEO on Facebook who gave me some empty assurances that did not materialize in the slightest. Literally every step of the process was unnecessarily difficult and made us feel like it was our fault these things were happening.

Great Bus Rental Service, especially for family events and church events.

Please reconsider taking your van, bus, or work truck somewhere else. They do not treat you like you would like to be treated.

We were so excited to finally get the bus back last Friday that I was ready to forgive and forget. The A/C works great, everything I asked to get fixed was finally done.

The ONLY bright spot in this whole mess was their receptionist (Heather?). You could tell she genuinely wanted to help us out. It is just too bad that everyone else from the CEO on down to the service shop wasn't concerned with us at all.
