Been with these folks for a year now. I haven't had any issues with access, my unit stays dry even in pouring rains (a little moisture within inches of the door, but nothing that would damage my things), and the prices are quite competitive with the other storage places in the area.
Not as secure as it seems. Since they allow anything and everything to be stored in the RV boat storage area, opens the door for trouble. My camper and several others were broken into. Kind of funny there was a security camera pointed right at my camper but yet there is no footage of the breakin. Moved out.
