Dr. Bradley Bays saved our ferret's life. Our three-year-old ferret, Jake, had a GI obstruction caused by pet hair.

Came in with an upper respiratory infection going on with my ball python. Not only did they accommodate us with a heat lamp, but the tech and vets were legitimately interested in her, and showed genuine concern over her condition. There was no question I couldn't ask, and no answer they wouldn't freely give. One of the best vet experiences I've had, and I'm glad to make the drive to bring my other animals there as well. Well worth it. They do a phenomenal job.

Outstanding veterinarian clinic. We were referred by another vet to take our rabbit there for a cyst after they removed and it returned 1 week later. Dr Bradley Bays removed it and it has not returned, it has been almost a year! The staff is kind and caring, they give great care and look at all possible solutions to give the best treatment. The pets are treated like family! Will continue to take our rabbit there.

An emergency vet in North Kansas City had misdiagnosed Jake's symptoms over the weekend. By Monday morning, Jake was lethargic and vomiting. Despite her full schedule, Dr. Bradley Bays made room for Jake, X-Rayed his abdomen, and conducted an emergency surgery that day. She was kind and compassionate. When she saw how worried I was about our pet, she even gave me a hug! Belton called in the middle of surgery to update us and run an additional procedure by us before proceeding, and checked on Jake two additional times after he went home. They also ran every cost by us beforehand to ensure we could be prepared financially.

Staff and doctors are friendly and knowledgeable... Prices are kind of high... But you do get excellent service... The only reason why I'm giving four stars is because of the rates..

I took my cat in today for our first visit to this vet. Everyone was phenomenal! They all were genuinely concerned about my cat. The vet we saw, Dr. Matt Scheele, and his assistant, Paige, were amazing! They did everything they could to make me and my cat feel comfortable, and they handled my cat (who HATES going to the vet) very professionally and gently.

If we had waited any longer for the surgery, we would have lost our beloved Jake. A couple months later, our ferret is his happy, hopping self again, all thanks to Dr. Bradley Bays! We are so grateful to Dr. Bradley Bays and the Belton staff for their compassion, professionalism, and expertise.
