They lost a script for controlled med. Took week before they admitted to losing it.

They've done a good job for me.

2 months later on another script I had to keep calling every 3 days for update while they said they were waiting for insurance appoval. On 10th day they said i had old insurance info. Nothing had changed with insurance in 5 years. Then it was script exceeded insurance maximum. They knew that from day 1 but never notified the DR or me. Script says name brand, they were trying to fill as generic. Insurance only covered name brand.

Asked for the script back and took them another 30 mins to find it.
